These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the Cakes & Bakes LLC website, online ordering system, and related services. By accessing our website or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services.

1. Online Orders & Payment

  • All products must be paid in full at the time of ordering.

  • We accept payment through Squarespace Commerce, LINK by Stripe, Apple Pay, Afterpay, and Klarna.

  • Orders are not confirmed until payment is received and a confirmation email has been issued.

  • We do not accept payment upon pickup unless otherwise stated in writing.

2. Delivery Policy (No Shipping)

  • Cakes & Bakes LLC is a local delivery only bakery.

  • We do not ship any baked goods at this time.

  • Delivery times and locations are provided after checkout or by confirmation email.

  • If you do not meet us at the agreed upon delivery time the orders are considered abandoned and are not refundable. No credit, refund, or remake will be issued.

3. All Sales Final / No Refunds

Cakes & Bakes LLC does not offer refunds, exchanges, order cancellations, or store credit for any reason, including:

  • Change of mind

  • Incorrect delivery/pickup time or missed delivery/pickup

  • Personal taste preference

  • Color, flavor, or texture expectations

  • Allergic reaction

  • Event cancellation or rescheduling

The only exception is if we made a verified mistake with your order. In that case, we may offer a replacement at our sole discretion.

4. Food Allergies & Ingredient Disclaimer

  • Our products may contain or come into contact with: wheat, eggs, dairy, nuts, soy, and other allergens.

  • We do not operate an allergen-free kitchen.

  • By purchasing, you accept all risk related to food allergies and consumption.

Cakes & Bakes LLC is not liable for allergic reactions or health issues resulting from product consumption.

5. Product Description & Variations

  • All products are handmade in small batches.

  • Slight variations in color, decoration, icing, size, or appearance are normal and not grounds for refund.

  • Photos on the website and social media are examples and not guarantees of exact replication.

6. Intellectual Property

All photos, product images, branding, packaging designs, text, recipes, and website content are the property of Cakes & Bakes, LLC and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without written permission.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Cakes & Bakes, LLC is not liable for:

  • Delays or issues caused by customer pickup/delivery failure

  • Allergic reactions or food sensitivities

  • Losses related to events, catering, or rescheduling

  • Issues caused by third-party payment processors

  • Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

Your sole remedy for any verified issue is product replacement, at our discretion.

You must be 18 or older to make a purchase on our website.
